Saturday, General Conference, and the Awards Banquet
Chuck did guitar lessons and watched General Conference today. I supported my school in Colorado, by listening to presentations and cheering on the steel bridge team.
At the end of the day, Air Force held an Awards Banquet for the RMC in the boxed seating area of their football field. Our Concrete Canoe team got 2nd place overall in the competition - 3rd in Aesthetics, and 2nd in the Design Paper (which is what I worked on). I was very pleased with that placement.
